5.            Details about services, cookies etc.

5.1.         Own services

You can contact us using a form. If you use the general contact form, we need the following (marked) mandatory information from you: your name and your message. In addition, you can provide voluntary (additional) information such as your first name, your address, your telephone number and your e-mail address. The data are used to fulfil your contact request. We process this data on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1 f) GDPR. The purpose of processing your data lies solely in the processing of the contact request. We erase the data collected via the contact form immediately after processing the contact request.

We use the service wetter.de, RTL interactive GmbH RTL online, Picassoplatz 1, 50679 Cologne, to show the current weather conditions for the Südheide Nature Park. We use the OpenStreetMap service on our website. The service is provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF), 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1JU, United Kingdom. We include the maps of the service offered by the OpenStreetMap Founda­tion (OSMF) based on the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) to mark car parks. OpenStreetMap is used in the interest of an appealing presentation and ease of finding the car parks shown by us on the website.

To prevent a connection to OpenStreetMap, you can deactivate Javascript in your browser settings. In this case, however, you will not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.
